The path to Antonio Ordonez Garcia’s Capstone took three revisions. He has always been interested in fitness and eventually decided to design a peg training board for the multi purpose room at GSHS. This project combined his passion for fitness with wanting to give something back to his high school. After running the project by physical education and health teacher, Lynn Goluba, and the maintenance staff, he designed a training board that attaches to the wall in the multi-purpose room. After coming up with a material budget, he applied for a small scholarship and received funding to pay for what he needed, which he purchased at Lowe’s. Working with his community expert over the holiday break, he built his capstone!
